PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE MAKING AN ORDER

Love Print and Design promise to offer the best service and will give the highest level of customer service on every transaction. We will always offer our goods at the lowest rate that we can and will always seek out the highest quality merchandise.

ORDERS

Orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the following day. Orders will also not be processed on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

RETURNS

We can not accept any returns unless it is not the product that was ordered or the product is faulty. Contact us asap if this is your issue.
Goods will always have to be returned before any action can be taken. If we are in agreement that the goods are faulty a re-print will be made to complete the order. You must inspect the goods when you receive them as we can not accept responsibility 24 hours after delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations may only be made if the order has not already been printed or plated. If at anytime you want to cancel an order you must email info@loveprintanddesign.com. When you contact us we will then contact our printing floor to cancel the order. We will then respond to you with the outcome of your order.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be given if an order is cancelled before any work has been carried out. Please check your artwork before confirming or sending. Any mistakes must be picked up by you or your staff. Spelling mistakes and incorrect printing sizes are the biggest reasons jobs go wrong. Both these are the responsibility of the customer. Please ask for advice if needed.

ARTWORK

We do not take responsibility for any artwork. All artwork will be confirmed by you or your staff. Once you confirm the artwork it will be sent to print. DO NOT confirm the artwork unless you are 100% sure that all spelling, logos, size, shape, colours are correct. There are no refunds or discounts on any jobs done with mistakes.

DELIVERY

We use 3rd party courier. The couriers aim to deliver on time, however, we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or any losses incurred after goods have left our premises for delivery. The couriers should be fully insured to cover losses, but this issue must be addressed with the couriers directly.
If not stated or spoken about, you should expect your job to be a 4 day turnaround time. That means it leaves us on day 4. It will get sent on a next day delivery. If you order on Wednesday, expect it the following Wednesday etc.
We can rush jobs for a very small charge. Please contact us for prices.

PAYMENT

No job will be carried out until full payment is made unless agreed with by staff. Any non payments will ALWAYS be followed up with legal action.

IMAGERY

You are responsible for the images used on your artwork. You are responsible for gaining permission the use the artwork or should be the owner of the artwork. We also hold the right to refuse print of any images that may be offensive.

DESIGN

When asking Love Print and Design to create a design a contract is made. If we create work for your event and your event gets cancelled and you don’t get to use your design our invoice still must be paid. If you change your mind after work has begun, the invoice will still need paid for the work carried out. If we create a design that you are not happy with we will do everything to try and make you happy, but if the design brief has been followed then the invoice must be paid.

Discount codes may not be used against special offers unless we have highlighted that they can be.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
